About Me

Hi, my name is Lili and I've been in the fitness industry for more than 5 years.
I became a Yoga Teacher in 2015 and a Personal Trainer in 2017.
As my passion is delivering a holistic approach to health, I also became a Nutrition Coach in 2018
As of 2020, I created my own business, delivering both face to face and online Personal Training sessions.
My goal is to help my community reach their potential, realise strenght is just another skill you can develop and that a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand.
